Hannah & Tommy's Confirmation!

Congratulations to Hannah & Tommy on their confirmation to the Catholic Church held 3/29/14 at St. Francis of Assissi in Frisco, TX. Thank you to Mary Flaherty, Roy & Nancy Lamothe, Kathy Miller and Tony Vio for making the trip to TX to join us in our celebration. We truly enjoyed having family in our home and sharing this blessed event with you.

I can not believe that I have not updated this blog since our move to TX. I guess FB has become my new "dear diary." Originally this blog was set up as a hub for all things children related like sports schedules and other events we wanted to share with our nearest and dearest. Now that everyone is too far away to join us for the sporting endeavors and such, I have become extremely lax. I also haven't made a photo album in literally years. Maybe it's time to get back at preserving our family memories and correspondence!

He's a big fish in the KP pond! Tommy & Paul are advancing to the Championship for the Division C Hockomock league title. This is their third consecutive year to advance to the championship.

Best of luck to QB1 Tommy Flaherty along with all the rest of the boys and the awesome coaching staff as well.

Yes I'm bragging... but you are family :)

Congratulations to all my children on completing a successful school year! A special shout out to both Hannah and Tommy who came home with STRAIGHT A report cards this week!

Also, I am so very proud of Tommy for following in Hannah's footsteps and receiving the Unsung Hero award. In sixth grade the school chooses one girl and one boy from each class who demonstrates kindness and leadership with their peers and a helpful demeanor in the classroom without looking for recognition and they are elected as the Unsung Hero. Congratulations too for Tina Tupper who was also elected.

Hannah received a similar award through the Jr. High last week (along with achieving HIGH HONORS for the year)... and thus has been recognized for being a helpful, supportive peer and student two years in a row. I truly couldn't be more proud of my children!

Tommy's 6th Grade Graduation

Tommy will be graduating from Elementary school on Friday June 15th at 12:30pm in the courtyard between the schools (same as Hannah). He would be honored if his family was able to attend. We will host a brief celebration for him immediately following the ceremony at our house. Please let us know if you will be joining us.
